Ingredients:
- 20 lbs. Ground Beef
- 50 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 gal. Fresh Onion
- 2 gal. frozen Mixed Vegetables (rinsed to thaw)
- 2 c. Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 c. Ketchup
- 5 lbs. Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 5 lbs. frozen Tater Tots
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef. Drain. Add fresh onion and cook for additional 5 minutes.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and ½ of the cheese.
- Divide between 4 – 2”x12”x20” pans. Top with remaining cheese and cover in tots.
- Bake uncovered at 350ᵒ in oven for 35 minutes.
