Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 20 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 50 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 gal. Fresh Onion
  • 2 gal. frozen Mixed Vegetables (rinsed to thaw)
  • 2 c. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 c. Ketchup
  • 5 lbs. Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 5 lbs. frozen Tater Tots

Instructions:

  1. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add fresh onion and cook for additional 5 minutes.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and ½ of the cheese.
  3. Divide between 4 – 2”x12”x20” pans. Top with remaining cheese and cover in tots.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350ᵒ in oven for 35 minutes.
